Our experience was overshadowed by uncleanliness in the room. We found insects and significant dust under the bed, which affected my wife's comfort during our stay. Despite notifying the staff about her birthday, no special acknowledgment or complimentary gesture was offered, leaving us feeling disappointed and overlooked.

All fine, but breakfast choices

So, we just had this very nice stay at a hotel! The staff was seriously on point, especially this one guy, Essam Mahran, the front office manager. He was super attentive. Plus, my kid lost her toy bunny and the whole team just jumped into action to help find it. I couldn’t believe it!

I celebrated my birthday here with my sister and it was such a delightful experience. We loved lounging by the heated pool and enjoyed the calming spa sessions that truly helped us unwind. The only hiccup was the limited variety during lunch and dinner, but everything else was just fantastic! 🎉

I had the utmost pleasure of staying in a gorgeous Deluxe Room with a breathtaking city view! The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight. lounging poolside felt like a little slice of paradise. The staff treated us like royalty, making everything so easy from check-in to spa reservations!

The attentive service from the staff, especially during dinner at the restaurant, made for a special dining experience with delicious food. The only downside was limited parking space available, necessitating some wait times for valet service. however, the countless positive aspects of our stay far outweighed this minor inconvenience.

During my stay at Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort And Spa, I was thoroughly impressed with the beautifully designed lobby and the easy access to all amenities. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring my elderly mother and I were comfortable throughout our visit.

The Superior Deluxe Sea View room was spacious with comfy mattresses and a nice balcony to enjoy the view. The terrace was a great spot to relax. Overall, it felt cozy and well-designed, perfect for a family getaway!

Had an upgrade to a lovely room with a sea view! The breakfast buffet was super tasty, and everyone from housekeeping to the restaurant team was so friendly. Mr Hassan from the Elite office was a standout. Just wish the beach was a bit nicer, kinda crowded with jetties around. But overall, a solid stay!
